- Currently enrolled in a public secondary school, non-public school, or home school.
- Must not have earned a high school diploma.
- Must meet all course prerequisites per the course policies of 麻豆传媒视频网站.
- Have a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0 or show potential for academic success.
- Maintain a GPA of at least 2.5 at Bristol to continue in dual enrollment.
- Contact your High School Guidance Counselor to participate.
- Submit a completed Bristol Dual Enrollment Application which includes: **
- Student Application
- Guidance Department Authorization Form
- Copy of most recent Transcript
- Official copy of any applicable testing scores
- For students younger than 16 years of age, a Youth Learner Request to Enroll Application
Are you a high school student interested in exploring the fields of business and accounting?
If the answer is 鈥測es!,鈥 then talk to your guidance counselor about participating
in a FREE Dual Enrollment Accounting Program this school year that includes three college accounting/financial planning courses
with 麻豆传媒视频网站 as well as workshops sponsored by the Massachusetts
Society of CPAs (MSCPA).
Who should apply?
- Any high school student interested in business and accounting
- Priority given to students with a minimum high school GPA of 2.7
- Priority given to students in grades 11 & 12
What will I be doing?
- Taking three college courses at no cost
- ACC101: Principles of Accounting 1 > January - May 2023
- ACC102: Principles of Accounting 2 > June - July 2023
- BUS112: Personal Financial Planning > January - May 2023
- Participating in MSCPA-sponsored workshops and activities throughout the school year
- Earning credits that can be used toward a college degree.
Courses will be taught online by 麻豆传媒视频网站 faculty.
